Refund policy

We want you to love every OFFRAAG piece you own. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it - fairly and transparently.

Returns:

 Accepted only if-
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (design, size, or color)

  • An unboxing video (360° from seal to product) is provided as proof. Without it, we cannot process a return.

  • Capture the entire unboxing in one continuous video(no cuts, edits, or pauses). The shipping label must be clearly visible before opening the package.
  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Returns must include original tags and packaging.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Replacements:

  • Size replacements are available (subject to stock).
  • Shipping costs for size exchanges may need to be borne by the customer.
  • Replacements are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
  • If the item is out of stock, refund will be issued instead.

Returns are NOT applicable if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • The product has perfume, deodorant, makeup, or sweat marks.
  • The issue is based on personal dislike, fit preference (beyond size errors), or change of mind.
  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible and/or the product received is defective/damage/incorrect via the unboxing video.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

OFFRAAG Rights:

OFFRAAG reserves the right to:

  • Reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions

  • Reject claims made without a valid unboxing video

  • Reject products that show use, wear, washing, or tampering

  • Modify or update this policy as required for operational needs

Important:

  • All products go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • OFFRAAG holds the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
